Instructions

Step 1
Sauté the onions, carrots and celery the add a pinch of sugar
Step 2
Add the minced meat followed by the cinnamon and mustard and brown on high heat
Step 3
Add the black pepper, Chili flakes and paprika
Step 4
Add the tomato paste, salt and a pinch of sugar
Step 5
Add the blended tomatoes and stir
Step 6
Add the water and leave on low heat for an hour or more if you want
