Instructions

Step 1
The night before make your overnight oats add all the spices, coconut milk, Chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Stir thoroughly in a large jar with tight fitting lid store in refrigerator overnight. There will be plenty of extra overnight oats to eat during the week. Next day in a serving bowl, add a few spoonfuls of overnight chia oats, then layer with a few spoonfuls of coconut yogurt. Add sliced strawberries, sesame seeds, half tablespoon of maple syrup and optional whip cream.
