Instructions
Step 1
First grease and line a small baking dish like one for brownies . Sprinkle sugar into a large frying pan flatten it down then have it on a medium low heat . Don’t touch it but you should start to see it melt slowly

Once the sugar has melted and starts to go dark golden to amber color add the butter in . Shake the pan around to swirl the butter in then add the cream and swirl the pan again. Do this carefully you should not need to use any utensils .

Step 3
Add the peanuts to the pan turn the heat off and stir them through quickly . Push down firmly into the lined greased tray then freeze for 30 minutes . Cut into bars and enjoy
