Instructions

Step 1
Cook 1 cup quinoa with 1 ½ cup water, rinse before cooking

Mix wet ingredients

Step 3
Blanch kale in microwave, 4-5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds

Set oven to 400, then turn down to 350
