Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a large heavy based soucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until soft
Step 2
Add streaky bacon and celery and cook, stirring frequentlym, for a firther 2 minutes. Add tomaotes, wine , stock, basil and 1 tablespoon of parsley/ Season to taste with salt and pepper. Brind to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the seafood mix and cook for 5 minutes. Add the pranws and heat trough gently for 3 minutes. Ladle into warmed serving bowls, garnish with remaining chopped parsley and serve immediatley
