To be honest, i used to watch plenty videos of this recipes...but lets say that this is my own way on how to make it, its delicious, easy and healthy.
However try and taste!!

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion, tomato and peel of garlic. Then put in a small pan and mix with a little pepper, salt and olive oil. Then cover with aluminum foil and leave in the oven for 20 minutes until it starts to simmer.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 2 minutes and put it in a bowl where we put the parsley, olive oil and the contraceptive tomato. Mix with a hand mixer and add cooking cream, salt and pepper and its done. U can eat with a cheese bread.
