Step 1
Cut spam into cubes. Add spam, soy sauce and brown sugar to your pan and cook until slightly crispy. Add garlic, onions and green onions and cook until fragrant. Make a well in the middle , add oil and cook eggs. Add rice, dark soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper then toss together and cook for a few more minutes. Top with green onions.
