Mango Chutney
Spicy jammy Mango Chutney is a so simple and delicious. I love to add this to my cheeseboard on the side with meat and just as a topping for flatbread or poppadoms

Step 1
Add a little oil to a pan then add onion and cook 3 minutes

Add chili ginger and garlic and sauté a minute then add the mustard seeds garam masala and cumin and toast another minute

garam masala1 tsp

Step 3
Add the mangoes brown sugar vinegar and water and a pinch of salt . Let this simmer on a medium high heat for 10 minutes then start mashing some of the pieces of softened mango . Simmer another few minutes then serve . Store in a sterilized jar in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks . Once open use within 5 days
