Instructions

Step 1
Cut off the edges of the toast and flatten with a rolling pin.
Step 2
Spread on the chocolate spread on the bottom half leaving a 0,5cm margin.
Step 3
Place the other slice on top and press the 2 slices together with a fork.
Step 4
Crush the speculoos by hand or with a rolling pin and add to a flat plate.
Step 5
Whisk the egg and milk in a flat plate.
Step 6
Soak the toast in the egg mixture and then coat it with the speculoos.
Step 7
In a pan heat up the butter. Fry the toast on medium heat until crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!
