Instructions
Step 1
Add sour dough starter to your bread bowl followed by room temperature water. Stir.
Step 2
Add bread flour and salt. Stirring either with a mixer using a dough hook, or by hand until satiny.
Step 3
Cover and allow to rise until almost doubled. At least 6 hours.
Step 4
Lightly flour bread pan and work surface.
Step 5
Turn dough out onto floured work surface and stretch dough into flattish rectangle. Rolling it up on itself. Seam side down. It should look something like a wide baguette.
Step 6
Transfer to floured bread pan. Cover and wait for it to expand again. About 3 hours.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated 450° oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 8
Remove from oven and then pan. And wrap loosely in a clean dish towel to cool.
