Step 1
Heat the butter and milk in the microwave until it's melted

Once it has cooled enough to slightly above room temperature, add the yeast

Add the flour, salt, egg and sugar to the mixer

Wait 5 minutes for yeast to develop

Add butter/milk/yeast mixture to flour mixture, and mix with paddle for about 5 minutes until it starts to come together

Add more flour to work surface, and knead for 5 minutes until dough is smooth and stretchy

Let dough rest for 25/30 mins

Roll out to roughly 30 by 45 cm

Spread melted butter across rectangle

Sprinkle cinnamon, granulated sugar and brown sugar

Line baking tray and place rolls into tray

Let rest for an hour until doubled in size, or rest overnight in the fridge (then let get to room temperature for an hour before cooking)

Preheat oven to 190°

Check at 15 mins, should be caramelised and brown, let cool before adding icing if wanted
