Instructions

Step 1
On medium-high heat, sautée the onion, garlic and green bell pepper in a large frying pan with cooking oil until translucent.
Step 2
Add canned corn beef to pan, breaking it up with your spatula and let fry up a little bit with your veggies before adding the tomato sauce, seasonings and red pepper flakes, stirring regularly until the corned beef is heated through and becomes a smooth consistency
Step 3
Reduce the stovetop to low heat, cover the frying pan with a fitted lid, and allow the ingredients to steam and flavors to develop for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve in a bowl over white rice.
