Chicken Stroganoff

Easy slow cooker recipe and the chicken, leek and garlic can all be used from the freezer. (If buying precooked chicken chunks)
The leek can also be swapped out for onions.
If cooked on low in the slow cooker, this recipe can be left all day.
Served with mash and veg or some long pasta like tagliatelle.

Step 1
Add your chicken, leek and garlic into your slow cooker.
Step 2
Make up your stock from a stock cube and add the Worcestershire sauce to it. Add this to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Put on low to cook.
Step 4
20 minutes before serving, stir through the cream cheese and mustard and allow to heat through.
