Instructions

Step 1
Melt 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter in instant-pot on sauté mode and brown all sides of the 1 pound of beef chuck chunks putting the browned ones in a large bowl until all are seared.
Step 2
Put all the meat into the instant-pot along with 3 cups of beef broth, 4 Cubed Yukon Potatoes, the Diced Onion, The Chopped in half 1/2 bag of baby carrots, and the 2 Minced Garlic Cloves.
Step 3
Stir in 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste, 1 Teaspoon of Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon of Dried Rosemary, and 4 Beef Bouillon Cubes.
Step 4
Close and Lock the Lid and select the meat/stew function with a timer of 35 minutes, allow natural release for 15 minutes then release manually.
Step 5
Before eating let it cool in the pot and remove grease disk from top.
