Baked Boursin Pasta with Chicken

Easy and delicious pasta recipe that comes together In no time. A couple of years ago baked Feta pasta was everywhere, I love it but I like to switch it up a bit and use Boursin instead of feta, it’s so creamy and delicious.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.

2. For the pasta- to a baking dish add in the cherry tomatoes (cut in half or leave them whole) onions, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, salt and olive oil. Give it a good stir add in the Boursin cheese and set aside while you prepare the chicken.

3. For the chicken- line a baking tray with parchment paper, add in the chicken breasts. Mix all the seasonings together (garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, oregano and salt). Drizzle some olive oil on the chicken then season with the spice mixture, repeat on the other side.

4. Put both trays in the oven and bake.

5. Bake the chicken for 22-25 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 165°. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 6
6. Bake the tomatoes and Boursin for 35 minutes. Once out of the oven give it a good mix. Add in the cooked pasta and toss everything together really well.
Step 7
7. Add the sliced chicken on top, top with some fresh Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
