Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 2
Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces
Step 3
Chop carrots into small pieces (at least a quarter the size of the potatoes)
Step 4
Chop onions into medium sized strips.
Step 5
Divide the chopped ingredients and meatballs between 4 pieces of foil, with the meatballs cut into eighths. Add some cooking oil to each portion, coating evenly. (can spray semi liberally with cooking spray)
Step 6
Add spices to taste.
Step 7
Close tin foil around the contents. Bake in the oven or (over fire) until vegetables are tender (usually the carrots take the longest) about 30-45 minutes.
