Instructions
Step 1
Boil Pasta and preserve a cup of pasta water
Step 2
Marinate chicken in (paprika, garlic, black pepper, tumeric, garam masala, low fat yogurt and juice of one lemon)
Step 3
Fry the chicken till golden brown and set aside
Step 4
Fry Onions and garlic in light butter until fragrant, add tomatoes, seasoning spices, peanut powder(or cashew nuts), Fat free yogurt let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the sauce to a blender. add pasta water, and blend till smooth.
Step 6
Add the sauce to the chicken on the pan and let it simmer and cook down
Step 7
Add pre boiled pasta, and finish.
