Instructions
Step 1
Slice the two chicken breasts in half horizontally so that you have four thin pieces. Wrap each piece with prosciutto.
Step 2
Add olive oil to a large pan and bring to a medium heat. Add prosciutto-wrapped chicken and brown for a few minutes on each side.
Step 3
Add in the garlic then gnocchi, cooking around the chicken.
Step 4
Mix Herb de provence and brown sugar with the stock, then pour into the pan. Pour in crushed tomatoes.
Step 5
Slice mozzarella into pieces and lay on top of gnocchi.
Step 6
Once mozzarella has melted, sprinkle over basil and serve with garlic bread.
