A chai tea concentrate for making chai lattes. The boxed chai concentrates at the grocery store are too sweet for me, so I decided to make my own.

Instructions

Step 1
Bring water to boil in a pot.
Step 2
Add tea bags (tags removed) to water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Squeeze tea bags and remove.
Step 4
Add sugar to taste. 2 tablespoons was just right for me.
