Instructions

Step 1
mix up two-three eggs and season them to your liking (I put salt, pepper, paprika, onion and omelette seasoning)

cover the tortilla wrap (which should be the same size as the space of the pan you're cooking the eggs on) with the egg and leave it in the pan on top of the uncooked egg

cook the omelette with the wrap on top until it's firm and ready to flip. then flip and let the other side sizzle for a minute.
Step 4
transfer the omelette wrap onto a plate and add the filling - start with the salmon spread (or joghurt alternatively) and add to your liking I cut the cucumber in little stripes and chunked the ham into little chunks. lambs lettuce hasn't been chopped just washed. For the spring onion I took the bundle and cut little ringles from the head down until I had enough.

roll the wrap up and add a little bit of spread and hoisin sauce (if you're into that)
