Step 1
Fill each cannelloni with 2 cherry tomatoes and 2 bocconcini mozzarellas (alternate the tomatoes and the mozzarella) and set aside.
Step 2
Spread some bechamel sauce at the bottom of a dish, add half of your cannelloni, add Bolognese sauce, half of your grated mozzarella, add the rest of your cannelloni on top and cover with the rest of the bechamel and grated mozzarella.
Step 3
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 35-40 mins (remove the foil for the last 5-10 mins to give your cannelloni a nice crust on top). Buon appetito!
