Step 1
Cook the sausage, onion, and celery with a drizzle of olive oil until the sausage is cooked and the onions are tender.
Step 2
Add the beans and chicken broth until the beans are covered (took about 6 cups).
Step 3
Cook low and slow for 2 hours. Add water/broth as needed.
