Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180degrees.
Step 2
In a glass meal prep container add your rice, chicken, pesto, yoghurt and then the stock
Step 3
Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Top with frozen peas, tomatoes and finally the cheese
Step 5
Season with salt & pepper then bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked.
Step 6
Let cool and store in the fridge.
