Easy cheesy garlic bread recipe with some fresh bread, chilli garlic butter and alll the cheese!

Instructions
Step 1
Firstly, chop off the top of 3 garlic bulbs and place them on some foil. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt before wrapping up the garlic in the foil. Bake at 180C for an hour/until soft.
Step 2
Next, mix softened butter, the roasted garlic, salt, dried herbs and chilli flakes together to form a chilli garlic butter.
Step 3
Cut fresh bread in half and lather on the butter.
Step 4
Top with a mixture of cheeses and grill at 180C until the cheese is bubbling and golden (around 10-15 minutes but keep an eye on it!).
Step 5
Sprinkle on some chopped parsley and drizzle with honey if you like a sweet/savoury. Slice and enjoy!
