Instructions
Step 1
1. Cube and Marinate chicken in spices(garlic, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, curry powder, lemon juice)
Step 2
Fry the chicken until golden brown and remove from the pan
Step 3
Add crushed garlic and diced onions and fry until fragrant
Step 4
Add the chicken back in, pour coconut milk, let it simmer until it thickens.
