Instructions
Step 1
Mix together chia pudding ingredients and place in fridge (mix again after about 10-15 minutes, leave in fridge for at least 1hr)
Step 2
Layer option 1 - Fruit puree: Blend the fresh/frozen fruit to a paste
Step 3
Layer option 2 - Yoghurt, any flavour
Step 4
Layer option 3 - Fruit jam: If homemade, blend frozen fruit (1.5cups) with maple syrup (1.5 tablespoons) and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
Step 5
Layer the chia pudding with chosen layer(s) and top with fruit, nuts, seeds as desired
