Step 1
Brown sausage, drain & set aside. Mix powercakes mix, water, eggs, cheese and syrup together well and then add sausage.
Step 2
Fill muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from muffin pan & enjoy with a little extra syrup if desired.
Step 3
These can be frozen and will be good for up to 3 months. FREEZER REHEAT:
Wrap the frozen muffin in a damp paper towel. Place on a plate in the center of the microwave and heat for 90 seconds.
After 90 seconds, carefully cut the muffin in half and heat for an additional 20 seconds. (Heating can vary on different brands on microwaves, so tailor to your specific microwave accordingly.
