Instructions
Step 1
Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta to package instructions.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan and add the paprika, cayenne, and white pepper. Add the flour and cook down for about 2-3 minutes, then start adding the milk in stages, constantly stirring.
Step 3
Add the cream, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 4
Add half of each cheese in stages on low heat, being sure it’s melted before adding more.
Step 5
Stir through the cooker pasta, then layer with the remaining cheese in an oven proof dish with cheese in the middle and on top.
Step 6
Bake at 170 celsius for 25-30 minutes, then finish up under a hot grill to crisp up.
