Okay so Lovelies I think I have found one of my favourite ever summer dinners 👀
Crispy spiced Beef Mince, creamy Hummus, fresh Salad, sweet Pomegranate, salty feta and a delicious drizzle of Balsamic glaze??? All loaded onto one of my fave
Persian style Flatbreads 🤤🤤🤤
They are utterly delicious and perfect for dishes like this, or to be rolled or even torn; they’re available to be picked up in most major supermarkets ❤️

✨250g 5% Fat Beef Mince
✨1 tbsp Olive Oil
✨1 delikitchen Persian style Flatbread
✨50g reduced Fat Hummus
✨40g Feta
✨2tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
✨1/2 a Cucumber, diced
✨ 75g Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
✨ 1tbsp Balsamic Glaze
✨ 1tsp each of Garlic granules, Cumin, Chilli Powder & Onion Powder.

Step 1
- Add your oil to a hot pan alongside your mince and allow to cook for a few minutes until browned, then add in your spices and a good pinch of salt and pepper.
- Allow the mince to cook for another 5 to 6 minutes, stirring really infrequently, to allow it to get deliciously crispy at the edges.
Once your mince is cooked all you need to do it assemble: starting with your Persian style flatbread, liberally spread over your hummus then top with your chopped cucumber, tomatoes, crispy beef, pomegranate and feta.
Drizzle over your balsamic glaze and then enjoy 🥰
