Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
2. Mash or blend the bananas with the milk.
2. Combine the oats, almonds, lemon zest, salt, and baking powder in a baking dish.
3. Add in the banana mixture and combine.
4. Fold in the bluebberies (save some for garnish).
5. Slice the third banana and arrange them on top of the oats.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Let cool down completely and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
