Instructions

Step 1
1️⃣ Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt to a large bowl, and whisk to combine.⁣

2️⃣ Add the Oat Barista Blend, coconut oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, poppyseed,⁣ maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a medium bowl, and whisk to combine. poppyseed⁣

3️⃣ Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix until combined. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.⁣
Step 4
4️⃣ While the batter rests, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with cooking spray or coconut oil, and spoon ¼ cup of the batter into the pan.⁣ ⁣ 5️⃣ Allow the pancake to cook for about 2 minutes or until the top looks slightly dry and a few bubbles rise to the surface.
