REZEPT (2 Portionen, 20 Minuten Zubereitungszeit):
- 4 Knoblauchzehen
-200g Pilze
In etwas Öl anbraten.
-135g Nudeln
Al dente kochen.
-2 EL Sojasauce
-1 EL Essig
-1 EL Agave
-optional eine Prise Chiliflocken
In die Pfanne geben.
Die Nudeln und etwas Nudelwasser hinzufügen.
-eine Handvoll gehackte Petersilie
-optional etwas veganer Parmesan
Alles unterrühren und die Nudeln in der Pfanne 2–3 Minuten fertig kochen.

Step 1
RECIPE (2 servings, 20min prep time):
- 4 cloves garlic
-200g mushrooms
Fry in some oil until browned.
-135g pasta Cook al dente.
-2 Tbsp soy sauce -1 Tbsp vinegar -1 Tbsp agave -optionally a pinch of chili flakes
Add to the pan.
Add the pasta and some pasta water.
-a handful chopped parsley
-optionally some vegan Parmesan
Stir everything in and finish cooking the pasta in the pan for 2-3mins.
