35 hour Collection Crafted Sourdough is honesty my favourite sourdough for a boost of fibre and energising carbs paired with a super green avocado mix with fresh basil, parsley and spring onion for those healthy fats. Hot honey works so well, warm and drizzle over the cottage cheese. Feel free to serve with eggs or a sprinkle of toasted seeds.

Step 1
Mash the avocado with spring onion, basil and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the bread then top with the avocado mix. Add the cottage cheese.

Warm the honey with a pinch of chilli flakes and drizzle over the cottage cheese.
