Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix: oats, protein powder, cinnamon and baking powder.
Step 2
Then add: bananas, maple syrup, vanilla, egg and almond milk and mix well until combined.
Step 3
Fold in 250g strawberries, quartered
Step 4
Pour mixture into your prepared square baking tray. Bake for 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Portion into 4-6 serves. Store in your fridge in airtight
