Instructions
Step 1
1. Mash the avocado. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Don’t add too much salt, as the feta is already salty.
Step 2
2. Crumble the feta into a hot frying pan. Add the egg on top. Fry till the feta becomes golden and crispy. The egg yolks should stay soft.
Step 3
3. Assemble the tortillas with mashed avocado, and the eggs. Sprinkle black pepper on top and drizzle chili honey over it.
