Step 1
1. Rub the chicken thighs with seasoning and olive oil.

Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add onion and garlic. Saute until the onion is translucent. Add uncooked white rice to the pan and stir to coat in the onion and garlic mixture.
Step 4
Pour in chicken stock and water. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Add the chicken back to the pan and cover until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the pan. Stir in cream, spinach leaves and parmesan. Cook until the spinach wilts and the mixture is well-combined. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and enjoy
