Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Cut each raw biscuit into 6 or 8 pieces, and scatter them across the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish
Step 3
In a large sauté pan or skillet over medium heat, cook the onion, beef, and pork until browned, about 8 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard, and cook another 3 to 4 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from the heat and stir in the Pickles.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the biscuits and top with cheese.
Step 5
Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown. In the last 5 minutes of baking, scatter crushed corn chips across the top, if using, or add them when the casserole comes out of the oven.
