Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180˚C.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, mix together melted ice cream and self-raising flour until well combined.
Step 3
Add any additions, such as chocolate chips, to the batter and fold through.
Step 4
Line a sheet pan with baking paper. Pour in batter and spread evenly.
Step 5
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer put in the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Allow to cool fully before slicing.
