Instructions
Step 1
-grate your cucumber, mince your red onion then mix with the yogurt, spices, roughly chopped fresh herbs and salt.
Step 2
-toast the spices for the tadka topping in oil for a few minutes and whilst still hot pour over the raita, along with some spices, fresh herbs and salt for garnish.
Step 3
-serve with fresh roti, naan or as a side to a delicious spicy curry.
