Moong Dal Batter -
1 Cup Soaked Moong Dal
1 Green Chilli
Salt
1/2 tsp Eno for each batch. Here you can make 2 batches
Homemade Pizza Sauce
Cheese
Veggies - Corn , Bell Peppers, Onions, Corn , Olives
Chilli Flakes
Some oil & butter for cooking

- First add just a tsp of batter to the pan & then quickly spread it on to the sides
- Cover & Cook on medium flame else the batter will be raw from inside
- Once you add the pizza topping - the goal is just to melt the cheese
