Steak Bites & Cajun Mac n Cheese

550 Calories | 62g Protein | 42g Carbs | 14g Fat Important Cooking Notes - Marinate the steak overnight for better flavour - When cooking the steak, make sure the heat is medium high heat. Cook for 3-4 mins each side to get a nice sear - Lower the heat slightly when adding extra butter, minced garlic and parsley. Mix for 1-2 mins then remove from the heat - Make sure the heat is on low when making the cheese sauce. Stir till creamy and the cheese is stringy then turn off the heat and add the macaroni

Instructions

Steak

Step 1
Preheat a skillet to medium high heat
Step 2
Slice steak into cubes and add to a medium sized bowl
Step 3
To the bowl add all of the steak mix ingredients and combine until the steak has 'changed colour'
Step 4
Add 40g of butter to the pan along with the steak bites, allowing the steak to cook for roughly 3 minutes on both sides
Step 5
Once the steak bites are done to your desired doneness, add 2 tsp fresh parsley and 1 tbsp minced garlic and the butter, stir well and set remove from heat, setting it aside.

Macaroni

Step 6
Boil Macaroni as per box instructions
Step 7
in a small sauce pan add together everything under cheese sauce and everything under cajun spice mix
Step 8
Stir until melted then add your cooked macaroni, stir until well coated
Step 9
Distribute into 4 servings and enjoy!
