Instructions

Step 1
Blendrhe spinach with plant milk or water and strain it, add the flour, baking soda and season
Step 2
Pour onto a nonstick pan and cook each crêpes on both sides until you run out of the batter
Step 3
Place the frozen spinach on a pan, cover and let it cook until it's no longer frozen
Step 4
Add garlic and season, then cook until the water evaporates
Step 5
Add it into a bowl with cream cheese and mix
Step 6
Add the filling to each crêpe and roll
Step 7
