Eggless Red Velvet cake

Then this eggless Red Velvet cake is going to top your list ❤️With a super soft texture and an incredible red velvet flavour this recipe will make for an indulgent weekend treat, my word 💯🙌🏻 Ingredients ✨1 cup castor sugar ✨1/2 cup oil ✨1 + 1/4 cup buttermilk ✨1/4 cup yogurt ✨1/2 tsp vanilla extract ✨5-6 drops of red food colour ✨1 + 1/2 cup all purpose flour ✨2 tbsp cocoa powder ✨1 tsp baking soda Cream cheese frosting ✨1 cup cream cheese ✨1/2 cup butter ✨1/2 tsp vanilla extract ✨1.5 cup icing sugar Method 1. In a bowl, add sugar, oil, buttermilk, yogurt, vanilla and red colour and whisk till everything is well combined. 2. Sift in the all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and mix well till you get a smooth batter. 3. ⁠Pour the batter into the silicon mould and cook it in the microwave for 6- 7 minutes at regular heating mode. 4. ⁠Once cooked, take it out of the microwave and let it cool down. 6. In a bowl add in softened butter and softened cream cheese. Using an electric whisk, whip the two together for 2 minutes. 7. Add in vanilla and whip again for a minute. 8. Sift in icing sugar and whip everything for another 2 minutes or until you see the frosting hold shape. 9. Instructions

Step 1
