Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
While the pasta cooks, sautรฉ prawns for 2-3 mins on each side with a sprinkle of half a teaspoon of salt. Remove prawns onto a plate.
Step 3
In the same pan, add more butter, sautรฉ garlic until golden and fragrant, then add red chilli flakes.
Step 4
Return prawns to the pan, immediately adding black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix quickly.
Step 5
Pour 1/2 cup of pasta water into the pan, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, stir until well combined and add fresh parsley.
Step 6
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss it in the flavourful sauce, and it's ready to serve.
