Instructions
Step 1
Pierce steak all over with a fork to help tenderize it.
Step 2
Sprinkle generously with salt and fresh pepper. Set aside and let rest for ten minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile toss together the red onion, watermelon, tomato, basil, olive oil, vinegar, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Grill or boil the steak to your liking. I cook mine for about 6 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Let rest for 5 minutes and then thinly slice and top with tomato salad.
