Chocolate Babka-Filled Crumb Cake

✨✨✨ You’ve been waiting for this and I’m so excited to finally share!! It’s based off of my cinnamon roll cake, which so many of you love, but this time it’s with ooey gooey chocolate ✨✨✨ ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Chocolate Babka-Filled Crumb Cake Ingredients: 1/2 cup orange juice 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup oil 1 tsp vanilla 2.5 cup flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup hot water Chocolate filling: 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 box chocolate pudding powder 1 stick margarine, melted 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 1/4 cup milk (I use non dairy) Splash vanilla extract Crumb topping: 1 cup flour 5 tbsp oil 1/3 cup sugar Chocolate Glaze (optional): 1 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp milk 1/2 cup icing sugar Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Whisk together orange juice, eggs, sugars, oil and vanilla. 3. Add in flour, baking powder and salt- lightly combine these ingredients and then mix wet and dry ingredients together. 4. Fold in hot water. 5. Add in chocolate chips if desired (they’re not listed in the ingredients- measure with your heart). 6. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan. 7. Mix together cocoa, pudding powder, margarine, confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla. Add in dollops on cake. Swirl with a knife to distribute the cinnamon. 8. Mix together crumb topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of cake. 9. Bake for about 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. 10. Once cooked, whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle on top. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Instructions

Step 1
