Hoisin Beef Noodles 🍜
Serves 3. 40g protein & 546 cals per portion
You need:
-300g cooked egg noodles
-500g lean beef mince
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-2 cloves garlic minced
-1 tbsp ginger peeled & grated
-1 small onion diced
-1 red chilli roughly chopped
-4 tbsp hoisin sauce
-4 tbsp soy sauce
-green veg of choice (i used tenderstem broccoli & pak choy)
How:
1) cook beef in a little oil & salt and cook until nice and browned with some crispy bits
2) add your onion & sauté for 3 mins before adding in chilli, ginger & garlic
3) when fragrant, add your hoisin and cook down until beef is sticky and reduced down.
4) add in your chopped green veg (either peas, spinach, Bok choy, broccoli etc) and add some soy
5) add your cooked noodles and it’s ready when everything is heated through.
