Garlic Chilli Chicken Curry
An easy, healthy 20 minute fakeaway. You will not believe how good this tastes!
Do you love a homemade curry?
Ingredients
1 tosp oil
30g butter
4 garlic cloves, diced
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 onion, diced
1 pepper, diced
1 tosp tomato purée
2 chicken breast, diced
1 chilli, sliced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
Handful chopped coriander
Method
Heat a large pan, add the oil and melt the butter, stir in the garlic and chilli makes and cook for 2/3 minutes.
Add the onion and pepper and stir in the tomato purée, cook for 2 minutes. Mix in the chicken, coat in the sauce until cooked.
Add the spices, chilli, soy and lemon and mix. (You can add a drop of water if you don’t like the sauce thick)
Serve with fresh coriander.
