Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190
Step 2
Mix oats and sugar in a bowl
Step 3
Melt the butter and pour into the bowl, then mix until blended
Step 4
Tip mixture into the prepared tin and press it out evenly
Step 5
Bake for 15โ18 minutes or until a pale gold colour
Step 6
Cut into portions whilst still warm
