Instructions

Step 1
melt and mix everything (except chocolate and salt) in double-boiler. let cool to room temperature
Step 2
chop chocolate into chips and stir into fudge mixture
Step 3
pour into silicone cube tray (or glass tupperware, but will be messier to cut up). sprinkle with salt flakes and let chill in the fridge until quite firm
